Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed in certain rooms in the AAA Dow Villa Motel, not in the Historic Dow Hotel. Guests must call to reserve a pet-friendly room. Maximum 2 pets per room.

What times are check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins at 4 pm and check-out is 12 noon.

What is the cancellation policy?
If you book with us directly (on our website or over the phone), our cancellation policy is 24 hours; you can cancel for free if you cancel by 4 pm Pacific Time on the day before scheduled arrival. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged one night room + tax.

Are there ADA Accessible rooms?
Yes, we have one fully ADA Compliant room – Two Queen Deluxe. Other rooms have certain accessibility features, as listed in the room descriptions. Please call to discuss other options – we strive to make our lodging accessible to all guests.

Is there a pool and/or hot tub?
Yes, we have a seasonal pool (warmer months) and year-round hot tub. Both are outdoors. Each has a lift for accessibility accommodations.

Are the rooms non-smoking?
Yes, all of our rooms are non-smoking.

Is parking free?
Yes, parking during your stay with us is free, and is first come, first served.

Is long-term parking allowed?
Yes, we have an overflow parking lot where you can leave your vehicle. It is $25 per week, payable in advance, cash only. It is first come, first served. Please come to the front desk on the day you would like to leave your vehicle to pay and fill out paperwork.

Does the Historic Dow Hotel have cooling and heating?
Yes, the Historic Hotel utilizes evaporative cooling and steam heating. The front desk controls the unit/thermostat and keeps the rooms as comfortable as possible. (Rooms in the AAA Dow Villa Motel each have their own AC/heating unit with personal climate control.)

Do rooms in the Historic Hotel have bathrooms?
Yes, most rooms in the Historic Dow Hotel have their own private restroom. Some rooms do not have an attached bathroom and can use the restroom down the hall. These are listed clearly on our website “(No Private Bath).”
